I could have called this post, "Now for something completely different". I've done numerous pieces inspired by my painting visits to England (and to the Cornish coast in particular), but nothing this large, or whimsical. I don't usually paint in acrylic so getting this finished took a bit of discipline as I kept leaving it to go back to my oils and cold wax. Well, it's done now and hanging in the hall at William Clark Studios ready for the Eastside Culture Crawl which starts tomorrow. Wish me luck.
